fosgate stage 2 10 inch sub

i can get a rockfordfosgate stage 2 10 inch sub for $75.00 do you think this sub would hit hard with tight bass,and do they sound good for SQ.

as 10 will hit alot tighter than a 12 or 15. sq good but dont tryu to blow anybody away with 1 10. if you listen to rap then i would go 12 instead of 10. 10 is a little punchy for a low bass line.

Not nessisarily true. It all depends on the setup. I have 10's, and I think they're louder that my old 12's and they're both sealed setups. Where as my friends JL 15w3 is much louded since its in a vented enclosure built for SPL.    I'm kinda running off the topic here but the general concept that 10's hit 'tighter' is just a preception by the listener. Its all about the setup. I personally think a rockford fosgate punch stage 2 10 in a sealed enclosure, or a properly tuned ported enclosure will hit very clean, very low, and very loud. my 2 stage 1 10's sound good in a reg. cab S-10 , but thats with a fosgate amp, it blows away alot of the people in my high school, except for like 3 or 4 i cant remeber.
