1) So anytime I install a wire that uses +12volt and not -12volt I should install a fuse right?
2) I know when I installed amps and anytime I split the power, I would have to use a fuse. Is that the same when installing an alarm too? I plan to use one power source and split them amoung the alarm's needs.
3) Gonna install a clifford RSX 3.5/Viper 791XV type alarm and I notice that the anti-grind/starter kill are built in right? So what does it still have that orange wire (neg when arm)
4) Read through the whole manual but I'm not sure what the purpose of a couple of wire off the satelite do. Like the Blue (Status Output) cable and Purple -200mA Starter Output cable. I think the output cable it for things like rear defroster right? Like if I want to start something after the remote start turn on. But can someone give me an example of the Starter output cable?
thanks

-12v?
Everything should be fused at some point or another. Personally things like the security bypass and shock sensors I believe can be split off at the main power but after the fuse ( battery>fuse>split ). If the brain looses power then whats the point of powering up the security(PASSLOCK, etc)equipment.
I usually like to fuse separetly iteams that have a higher fail rate or likely hood to fail. Examples would be lock relays, truck popping ckts, siren(s) (if using more then one and powering them off a relay). window roll-up modules.

The blue status provides ground while runnig with the remote start for bypassing factory immobilizers. The purple provides a ground during crank so if your vehicle has 2 starter wires. Yuo can use the orange to turn on the blue dei luminecant lights.
