Hey, I'm new here...but I did search a bit first. Ok, I got a 93 beretta that I am installing a thor alarm into. I have everything hooked up except for the door lock actuators. My car didn't come with power locks, and I don't want a switch...I only want them to work by the remote. Anyway, I have the actuators, and I have two relays set up for them...I am just trying to get them working first, but I can't seem to figure it out...A friend gave me a pic(I'll attach it) to go by,but when I hook pin 87 and 86 up to +12v constant, I'm getting 12v on pin 86?Is this normal or what? I have it hooked to up exactly like the pic. Also,  I am unclear on the alarm side of the lock wiring...Anyone familar with a thor alarm?

Thanks to anyone who can help me out a bit...

ll you have to do is attach the (-) triggers from the Thor alarm to pin 85 on the relays. One relay gets the UNLOCK and one relay get the LOCK wire from the THOR system. Ground pins 87a on both systems and then grab both common wires from each actuator and attach it to pin 30 of the proper relay ( unlock & lock ). Test the system and if you arm the system and it unlocks on you reverse the wires on pin 85 and it will work properly for you.

well I tried that, but I get nothing...can you tell me what wires from the alarm pic I need? I had the white ones hooked to it, but I got nothing...How can I test it?

"common wires from the actuator"? mine have a green and a blue wire...which one is it?or does it matter what wire goes to what relay?

As long as you tie the same color from each actuator...it doesn't matter...you can reverse the terminals on the relays but they both go 30 on seperate relays...what color wires does the diagram say to use for door locks?

93gt. If you still need help post a message. I see you asked a while back and would hate to write it all up if you already have it figured out.

Thanks
