Ok lets see the P28S4 SVC at 4ohms and is 200RMS

So my suggestion if you want to stay with RF is the P6001BD it puts out 300X1 at 4 ohms or 600X1 at 2 ohms Id wire your subs in Parallel to produce a 2ohm load this will allow you to grow a bit in the future say if you want to go up to 10's or 12's just set your gain properly and you would be all set, the amp runs just under 300 online,  try a local shop they may be able to get you a better price

Now for the 2 sets of Infinity 6000cs, these are 4ohm with a 90RMS rating,  this is a little tough but  I think a RF P4004 would work for you, the only thing is it puts out 50X4 at 4ohms it is under 300 for this amp, onlne under 200

Hopefully someone else will add some input to this, but I think these 2 should work well for you

Thanks Skold for the quick response.....can the P4004 be bridged for 200w x 2 @ 4ohms?

is it safer and would it produce a better sound?

This is a snippet from the spec sheet on it

50 W x 4 @ 4 Ohms RMS

100 W x 4 @ 2 Ohms RMS
200 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS

So yes it can be bridged for 200X2 at 4ohms as for safer as long as you keep the load to the amp at 4 ohms in bridged mode than you will have no problems as for a better sound I cant comment as I never bridged a 4ch amp, now it will give more power thats what bridging does.
