The new GS has a 6 disc changer that plays DVDs, but it cuts out unless the parking brake is engaged.  Anyone know which wire does it, and whether it needs to be grounded or hooked up to +12v to make the DVD player think the brake is engaged?

Also, could someone point me to a wiring diagram, or just tell me what color wire I can use for an accessory 12v lead?  Meaning one that only turns on when the car is started or key turned to accessory?

Thanks!

You can prolly ground the wire and it will work.  And for the other question, see which fuses do not light up when you test them with the car off and then turn the car on or turn the key and see which fuses light up.  Then you can attatch a wire to that fuse (not the best wiring, but it works)  That is what I do lol.
