I just changed my battery and after installing it, I found that the radio/CD player, and display will not work. There is power to the unit, because the instument panel on the cd player are on, and the speaker adjustment knobs just blink on and off.. I have pulled the deck out and disconnected/reconnected the wires to the stereo, and have checked all the fuses.
Can anyone throw me a bone?

There is no theft system on the radio. The terminals are tight. I have pulled the deck out and checked all connections there too. There is no reset button. What fuse are you talking about? the fuse box does not have anything labeled for the fuse. I pulled out the AUX. fuse, but still nothing worked.2001 dodge grand caravan sport HU -- posted image.

there should also be a fuse box under the hood. did you check those? if you dont have an owners manual then check each fuse one by one.
