This is really a matter of opinion and Money.....

The in dash DVD player is going to be rather expensive for a good unit but IMO I like the way it looks as opposed to a Screen and Secondary DVD player..And you can still hook the PS2 up to it so you can play games in your ride...

Putting a screen with the PS2 requires finding a place For the PS2 and mounting the screen I would say a little more work than the first option cuz there are more wires to pull....Plus you have to wire an inverter...

Both are good ideas but as I said its a matter of opinion and money....

IMO the flush mounted screen looks better. Much more custom. But your question was which would easier and an in-dash would most likely be the answer.

It depends on what kind of look do you want. Do you want a custom look or do you want it to look more stock/stealth? You can pull off a screen in the dash and make it look stock, but people who know cars will know that it has been added. You can easily hide the PS2 and if you use a slim PS2 I highly recommend a fan near it so it can cool off. In the end it is always up to you and what you like.
Another factor is price, but since you didn't mention it, I'm taking it that it doesn't matter to an extent as long as your happy.
