hi guys

i have a friend with this truck and i got the r/s hooked up fine but the door locks were confusing. The alarm is a boa265. i never installed one of these alarms before but it is similar to most dei products.Also im not sure what type of locks this truck has? i belive it is a reverse negative type. the alarm comes with a 7 wire harness for the locks but i haven't a clue how to hook the locks up?

youll need the color codes on those wires. seems your alarm has built in relays for the door locks. let me check directechs for your rodeo and ill get back at you.

12volts	white, WHITE/ black	+	ignition harness
Starter	BLACK/ white	+	ignition harness
Second Starter
Ignition	BLACK / YELLOW	+	ignition harness
Second Ignition	BLACK/ red	+	ignition harness
Third Ignition
Accessory	blue	+	ignition harness
Second Accessory
Keysense
Power Lock	lt. GREEN/ red	-	DKP white 22 pin connector
Power Unlock	RED / blue	-	DKP white 22 pin connector
Lock Motor	blue/red		drivers door harness
Unlock Motor	blue/white		drivers kick panel
Notes: In a white 10 pin connector
Parking Lights+	GREEN/ red		drivers kick in a black plug
Parking Lights-	yellow or grn/yel		steering column
Hazards
Turn Signal(L)
Turn Signal(R)
Reverse Light
Door Trigger	RED / green	-	drivers kick in a white plug
Dome Supervision	use door trigger
Trunk/Hatch Pin	tied in with door
Hood Pin	GREEN/ red	-	keyless module
Notes: The keyless module is located to the right of the glove box.
Trunk/Hatch Release	lt. green		keyless module
Notes: The keyless module is located to the right of the glove box.
Power Sliding Door
Factory Alarm Arm	purple	-	drivers kick in a white plug
Notes: Trigger the power lock and the factory alarm arm wires at the same time to arm the alarm. Trigger the power unlock and the factory alarm disarm wires at the same time to disarm the alarm.
Factory Alarm Disarm	yellow/blue	-	drivers kick in a white plug
Notes: Trigger the power lock and the factory alarm arm wires at the same time to arm the alarm. Trigger the power unlock and the factory alarm disarm wires at the same time to disarm the alarm.
Disarm No Unlock
Tachometer	BLACK/ red		dkp, blk 22 pin plug, pin 4
Wait to start
Brake Wire	red	+	brake switch
Parking Brake
Horn Trigger	green	-	steering column
Memory Seat 1
Memory Seat 2
Memory Seat 3
