1986 Honda Prelude stereo install

Trying to install a JVC cd head unit in my 86 lude but every time I try to hook up the power it blows the fuse on the head unit,I have a good ground.I found the

Switched 12V+ Yellow/Red wire but could not find the Constant 12V+ Blue/White as see on this web sites 1986-87 Honda Prelude Stereo Information.Any ideas  would be very helpful thankyou.

To me it sounds like you've got an internal short in your headunit.  Replace the fuse, and try testing it at the battery to see if it powers up.  Just twist the red and yellow together, and touch positive, while touching black to ground.  Ensure your speaker leads are not touching or connected to anything.  If the fuse blows under these conditions, you know the unit itself is the problem.  If not, it's in your wiring.
