I currently have a JVC CD player. The sound on my JVC is better especially on function button LOUD than my stock unit but I like the fitment look of my stock unit. Can I add an amp on my stock unit to improve sound quality, may be it will be better than JVC?

Dude, you just made up a new word "fitment". Anyway, to add amps to stock systems you will need to use an LOC. These convert your speaker leads to preamp RCA level outputs.

An LOC is a line out put converter, or a high to low converter, Navone, Soundgate PAC, Peripheral, Scosche, Metra, and a ton of other manufacturer's make LOC's. We use alot of the Navone and Soundgate LOC's and have very few problems with them. These will work great for adding aftermarket amps, as far as sound from your already existing system, they will not do anything for that.

I don't get it: "Dude, you made up a new word"

Look it up.

My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Adding a amp to your factory unit will not sound as good as your JVC.  What is wrong with the look? Maybe it was not installed correctly? Was the proper dash kit used?
