Well, my fuse finally blew. It blew. Trust me. I wanted to order 2 Brahmas from adire. I have contacted every dealer from FL to California. No one cares about me. I offered to send payment immediately if i could get 2 12''s or 2 15''s. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS SINCE OCTOBER-NOVEMBER. So finally, i got a call back today saying, well, we'll get some in in 6-9 weeks. My butt. That is what they told me almost 5 months ago. So hell with them. Unless the mighty lord himself (Stephen Kephart) can pull strings and get me 2 12''s Brahmas to my house, screw them and adire all together. I've been a loyal customer over the years and the way i'm getting treated ain't worth it.

Hence, what is your opinions on the RL-P12 by Sound Splinter? Good? Bad? I need an SQL sub. I intend to upgrade from 2 12''s to 3 12''s or even 3 15''s to make up for it and to increase it. So gimme some info on them, and opinions of course.

You might look at some RE XXX subs. They are pretty similar to the Brahma except they have a little higher power handling and Xmax.

From what i've heard those subs get pretty loud. I can't remember how great they fair sq wise, but i must suggest you look into the products Ascendant Audio has to offer. If I were you, id go with a pair of Atlas 15's. They feature XBL^2 (adire) and are extremely efficient. Power handling is like 350rms I believe. The Avalanche would be the way to go if you've got the extra money..talk about gettin low lol. They're not as efficient as the Atlas' but they'll also make a Killer SQL setup with some power to throw at em.

I talked to a couple dealers and they said that 3 of these things would be louder and as clean or cleaner and more efficient than 2 of the Brahmas, XXX's, or W7's.

As far as Adire goes..try and cut them a little slack. The company is working hard day in and day out to produce their new lines of products. As a consumer, i see where you're coming from, but you just gotta think from a business perspective. I'm sure they're trying their best to ship things out A.S.A.P.

Try the RE XXX or maybe the Ascendent Audio Atlas. Both use the XBL^2 technology and are great SQL woofers.
