I have a dei rattler and the siren isnt as loud as i would like it to be. is there a way to tie my car horn into the alarm so that it beeps when armed/disarmed and also when triggered? will I need a 5 pin relay? how do I go about hooking this up?

Trying cleaning the grounding point of your siren first. Buy a new siren, cost $10-20, a lot less work and better result.

Run a relay and you can put as many siren as your heart desire. If your alarm unit has a horn wire you can connect that directly to the car horn wire.

don't conected direct to the horn because the brain send 12v constat, you need to do a relay and flasher for horn

86siren wire

85ground

87positive or negative (depends in the car horn some needs positive some needs negative)

30goes to flasher and from flasher to horn wire

how own your mind, control your life.
