yeah it is the same prob here, i just dont like how they have not said anything but have my credit info!

I haven't heard of glassman, but I am a customer service manager @ a bank, and I see a lot of this happen w/ online merchants. Visa has a zero fraud liability policy so if you had paid them and never got your stuff then all you need to do is call your banks check card or credit card center and file a dispute. Normally you can get the money back within 7 - 10 business days once you have signed a dispute letter and sent it in to the bank. The time frame may vary depending on your bank. Also, if a charge is more than 60 days old you are running out of time to have a dispute right so call your bank as soon as you can, get a # for the card center and they can help you.
