I finished my fg project at my friends house and we got resin everywhere just from our hands being full of it. Door handles, soap dispenser thing (100 dollar nozzle molded in marble) and my friends 100 dollar pocket knife and our cell phones have dabs of it. To top it all off we dunno how this happened but his sl 500 got  a lilllll smidgeon of resin on the hood not noticeable but its there. What takes this crap off?

Whoa.. I dunno man, everything I've ever gotten that stuff on is ruined. Except for other plastics, I don't know anything that stuff comes off of... especially when dry...
if the glass is on other plastics, you ought be able to scrape if off with minimal damage, but as far as body panels and anything the slightest bit porous, you're SOL. I got a drop on the front bumper of my POS Corolla and it is *never* coming off without a huge chunk of paint. I've personnaly tried mineral spirits, acetone, and even straight gasoline but I can't get that stuff to come off or dissolve with *anything* I think fiberglass is really inert when dry.
You can try sanding it off, but I don't know how well that would work with the stuff you got it on ...
Next time buy a box of latex gloves and use those when ur working. Didn't the stuff burn when you got it on your hands?

If it won't just pop off, get ready to repaint the car cause it most likly ain't gonna come off without sanding. Maybe try to use some rubbing compound if there isn't much??

Acetone is the only solvent that will remove poly resin. BUT be very very careful with it. To remove resin from the car, first test on a spot that can't be seen, if there's no damage to the paint, then it's safe to use.

Acetone will only remove polyester resin before it's catalized.
