disabling factory alarm mazada 3

i have a compustar installed on my mazda 3, which i did my self.  But i have 1 problem where the factory alarm goes off  when i manual lock my doors with the power lock switch and then unlock it with compustar.

what is my problem?   is there a way to diasble the factory alarm?

disarm wires will lock and unlock the vehicle.
there's a BLACK/ blue and BLACK/ red wire you need to find in the drivers kick
