I'm looking to control the power to my XBOX (via an inverter) and a flip down video screen via a switch located on my dash.

The switch has three settings (On1 - On when the car is running and turns off with vechicle turning off, Off - Always off, and On2 - Operate when the vehicles power is off)

I'm able to hook all of this up without a problem, but what I can't figure out is how to have the car stereo work with this switch setup as well, I want to have the stereo to work normally when in on1 position, and it does, and also works with the on2 position, I want to have the stereo working when the other components (XBOX and video monitor) are in the off position.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

Regards,

Beaver

If I'm understanding you correctly, I would say that your best bet would be to use a relay. The trigger will be your inverter and the radio will have to be one of the accessories. You're going to have to find another source of 12V (I think) and ground is going to be, obviously, ground.
