I'm looking to partner up with box builders who have some considerate skill. If anyone knows of someone who may be interested in having considerable repeat business for Jeep specific box builds, please let me know. Thanks. If this falls under spam, I apologize, but I'm looking to help someone on here make some good money, maybe even have their design marketed under a brand name. Let me know!

Uh, Mr genius, it would help if listed where you are located and where you want to find people. This technically should also belong in the "help wanted" forum.

Your sarcasm is deeply appreciated. Notwithstanding the remarks, I'm looking for a boxbuilder, or builders, from anywhere in the U.S. Also, the boxes that will be built will be specifically for a center console application to replace the stock oem subwoofer option in wranglers. If a mod can move this to the help wanted forum, that would be more appropriate I guess. Thanks.

Well, at least you understood the sarcasm. Do you have any pics of just the factory enclosure that you are trying to replace.
Also what is the type of material you are looking to use?

Yep, the design that I'd like the builder to mimic would be like the design found here (I'm assuming mdf)-

I'm not so sure that fiberglassing would be standard, as I think with what limited knowledge I have of bracing boxes, the builder may be able to get away with building an internal brace of some sort with mdf, but I'm not sure.

I'd like the first box built for myself, and then if the builder (or builders) would find it agreeable, I can probably bring in repeat business within the first month. I'd anticipate 5 boxes the first month.

I have done 2 center console boxes, one for a dakota and one for my expedition. Personally i think center console boxes are the way to go if u want the bass coming up from the floor and want your front seats giving u a full body massage. I have some pics of the boxes i did, if u want to see them just give me your email address.

that wouldn't be hard at all, anyone could do that,, but yea.. the pics you posted of that center counsil that someone else did, didn't even use fiberglass, they just put a box inside the old dash, which wouldn't be a problem for anyone with a table saw and a screw gun, are you looking for something like that? or are you trying to get someone to do a full custom council?

I assume you're in a Jeep club and have many members that would like a sub but are limited on options and room.   I'm in a Jeep club in Nevada and we're always trying to help each other fabricate new projects and ways to make our Jeeps better.  I've built other enclosures for Jeeps that don't have the center console sub that still take little or no space.  The center console sub is quiet easy to mimic and could be very possible to integrate into older Jeeps that don't offer the option.  I've been building MDF/fiberglass enclosures for quiet sometime.  For strength, sound quality and shape fiberglass is the way to go.

Email me direct to exchange contact info if you want to talk about how to go about this: cburr79@sbcglobal.net.
