hey you guys im gonna buy a jbl1200.1 and i was wondering how much louder do you think that the 2 15in L7's would hit than 2 12in L7's? would it be a big difference? and i would be feeding them both the same power. thanks

There will be a difference but what are you looking for 12's sound better and 15's are louder and can be heard from far off they really carry. but personally i like the 12's and i like to keep my bass in the car, makes it sound better. It is also in the install. a bad install will sound bad no matter what subs you have.

go with the 15's.  they'll be way deeper.   if you want something that sounds good get a round speaker.

I agree, the L7s are all about SPL, get the 15s. If you want SQ, your going in the wrong direction.
