Code Alarm CA-645, I need to reverse the polarity of the locks somehow, and turn the sensitivity on the alarm up alot, it doesn't do sh*t. I would take it to the dealer, circuit city, but I absolutely hate them period.

I hit arm, and it UNLOCKS the doors, whne it's sapposed to LOCK them, thats what I mean by polarity, and the sensitivity thing, you could role my car down a cliff and the alarm wouldn't go off.

If I remember correctly, the CA-645 has an on-board shock sensor which means that the "brain" needs to be

1- Zip tied to the fattest harness under the dash, or

2- Mounted to the firewall securely.

As far as how to switch polarity on the alarm is simple, but it all depends on what type of door locks you have. Keep in mind that code alarm switches polarity with their door lock wires by reversing them. If you connected Green to door lock wire and Blue to unlock, then connect Blue to lock and Green to unlock.

Anyone have a wiring diagram for the CA-645? So in esence what your telling me is that the brain is the only shock senser? Thats sweet. Not.
