94 Accord Brake Wire

Hi, im new to the site.  Im wondering where the BRAKE wire is for a 1994 Honda accord LX.  I know its green with white strippes.  But where is it located, and what does it mean by ....on the cold side....If someone can exactly lead me to this wire ill appreciate it.  Im hooking up the Alpine CVA 1005 in my friends accord and we need to knwo where this wire is and tap the brake wire into it.  SO the screeen can work94 Accord Brake Wire -- posted image.

Above Brake Pedal inside car.................
Cold side is wire that goes to Brake Lights............GREEN / WHITE
The other wire should be 12 volts constant

is it possible to see the green / white wire if i duck down.  Or do i have to take things apart?
