I think everything will work fine... I had the wrong resistor :( I will get a 1500 ohm resistor tomorrow and it should work.
One last thing...
My security light is now always on. Can anyone tell me the most common reasons? or where to start looking...
The car starts and runs perfect with the remote starter and I am pretty sure I set the passlock bypass unit to the perfect voltage :(

The doors worked. I just had the wrong resistor.
Now two last things... the security light is always on. I tried disconnecting the battery over night but that didn't shut it off. Any other ideas?
Also, the last wire I need is either a trigger wire or the dome light supervision wire. I know their colors and where they are, like it says white wire in the dash or consol for the dome light wire... and lt GREEN/ blk drivers kick panel but there are many and I tried them all to see current when the door is open but I couldn't find the right one. Any one have any tips or better details on finding one of these wires?

Try finding the white wire at one of the under dash lights, you need a to see a ground when the door is open not current. place your positive lead on 12 volts constant and the negative lead of your meter on the wire then push the door pin switch or open the door to test it.
