how much give has anyone got from a 3/4 sheet of plexi?, i wanted to see if anyone hasd gotton extreme curves out of something that thick?

I've never done it, but I have seen 3/4" plex bent. I've seen it as much as 90 degrees. I'm sure if you take your time, you can do just about any bend you want. If your talking about doing multiple bends or like a wave, it might not be easy, but I'm sure it can be done. One thing to note here is that plexi is kinda like fiberglass in the it will flex and vibrate less in bends. Not sure what your doing but you may not need 3/4".

it can be done pretty easily from what i hear, it just takes a lot of time and a lot of heating and cooling cycles,

thanks, its not cheap too so i think im going to try with some scrapes first then workk my way up,

you should be able to do just about anything you want with that, just use a good consistent heat gun and take you time dont rush

thanx i bent some an the first time i ddid it i used a buetane torch and i got it too hot it started sizzling, then i picked up my dads heart gun that he using for shrinking window tint and its adjustable so i tryed myy habd at that and i worked very well im gunna have to babysit it im sure, keeping everything i need bent evenly heated, ill keeo you guys posted something in the near futrue ill be doing.
