Hey guys I have 1 dvd player with one video out and 2 monitors in my truck so to hook it up can I just add a Y conector to the dvd and split in between the two TV's.

You can do that.....Just use a good y Connector not a cheap one...Also look at the pic on the monitors....See if it looks good or crappy...

Best way to see if there is video loss is to hook up one monitor ...Look at the pic then use the Y and hook up both... see if you have Vid Loss....If you have video loss get a video amp and hook it up that way...
