Swap Avalanche Bose sub?

Anyone swap out the factory installed sub (6in?) with a better model (leaving the box)? How'd it work out? Add another amp?

Didn't swap the woofer, but added amps and a woofer. You can acces all the factory amp and speaker wires under the console.

Do the JL Stealthbox. Replaces the OEM woofer enclosure. Big increase in bass. Some cutting, but stock appearance kept.
