I agree, listen to as many different components as you can before deciding on a set. I can recomend Diamond Audio, MB Quart, Focal, and Infinity, they all make great component systems. Alot of it will depend on your budget, components such as Diamond Audio, Focal and MB Quart can run a pretty penny but in my opinion, they are woth every penny. The Infinity Kappa series are reasonably priced.

As far as a head unit, look into Alpine or Eclipse. Both make awesome head units packed with more features than you can dream of. I personaly run an Alpine CDA-9833 and I love it. It is last years model but, I like it better than the 2005 models.

I recently went to a dealer and got to test the MB quart component speakers which sound great, But they are kind of expensive. Are there any cheaper components that are equivalent or close to it? Also the dealer highly recommended Lightning audio subwoofers( I cant remember the model) which sounded pretty good and hit hard. Does anyone have an oppinion on the Lightning subs? sorry for all the questions, i just really have no idea on what is good. Thanks.
