I have a 2000 chevy silverado. I want to install an alarm but i dont know how to get rid of the factory keyless entry. how do i bypass it?

i dont know if it will cause a problem with the remote start.

if you are that worried then just make sure to hook up factory disarm

green at the bcm i believe, test it with the key in the door and turning it
