i have a 98 accord with kicker 6.5 in front and kicker 6x9 3 ways in the back and 2 polk subs in the trunk all runing on a Mtx 5 CHANNEL AMP that has 3 25amp fuses on it will my alt hold up?????

You should be fine with only that amp.
