04 Element - Can't find tach wire

I have a 2004 Honda element EX and I have installed a Viper 690VX alarm/remote start.   Everything went fine, even the immobilizer bypass.  However I have it setup right now for voltage detection because I drove myself crazy looking for the tach wire.  The wiring guides say that there is a single wire tach test connector next to the battery that should be blue/white or blue/silver.  The only connector I have seen near there is the one for the fog lights.  Has anyone else found this wire?  I don't want to pull it directly off the plugs which was something someone suggested to me. -Elementowner6

ALSO....blue with 2 silver dots, into the drivers side fuse box top green connector, right hand side.

 I did try the ECM/PCM, but when I hooked my tester to it I never got voltages that varied very much if at all when I reved the engine.  I have not tried looking at the drivers side fuse box. I will be trying that tonight!  Thanks for the quick reply!-Elementowner6
