I want to do an install in this car which is very easy as far as getting to it and such but there is an extra black connecter with a single wire coming out of it. Whats that for and what is the purpose of 2 different size antenna connecters?

Do you think it has to do with the power antenna

Is it the only wire (yellow) in a 4 pin square harness?  If so, it's the steering wheel controls wire.  The extra antenna plug is because that car has a diversity antenna (two antennas- usually one up front, and one in back) for better reception.  Don't worry about it, just tape it up and use the one.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
