Help! I am trying to rewire a rear fog lamp on my car which was previously installed but it never worked when I bought it.

What I have to work with is two wires coming from the switch at the front of the car (brown & blue), two wires coming from the fog lamp (black & red), a red wire coming from the +ve battery terminal (with 15A fuse in the middle) and a relay with terminals 85, 86, 87 & 30.

What I am struggling with is knowing where to connect each wire to! I have read a few posts and got a few ideas but I am still confused (does the ground connect to the car body? What connects to the -ve terminal of the battery?!).

I would be extremely grateful if somebody could tell me in simple terms what to connect what to (e.g. blue wire to -ve battery terminal, brown wire to relay terminal 86, etc...) so I know exactly where each wire should go!

Yours confused, jjgrey.....Rear Fog Lamp Wiring - Last Post -- posted image.
