really cheap brand!  But works great!!!!

Probable manufacturing problem= won't auto arm, and won't lock the doors with ignition, but will unlock w/ignition ....

Other then those two problems, its a good alarm,

O Sorry I forgot== Crappy motion sensor, really old style not electronic, spring action activation

O and I just remembered after arming there is a 10 second delay for the motion sensor to work and worst of all a 30 delay for the doors to activate it= meaning its really not armed door wise untile after 30 seconds.

Besides those things its a really good alarm, for the money.  I use to get them for $25 and charge $99 including installation!!!

the spring thing is the shock sensor.  I would advise that you purchase an electronic shock sensor for the simple fact that you will not be able to park your vehicle up or down a steep hill because the wight of the spring will activate the motion sensor because its a spring and an electronic sensor does not have that prob.

you need two relays its reversal rest at ground type.

here is the wiring diagram....

Don't know what the rod is???

if you really want a great sensor then go for the radar sensor.

I have it on my personal car and if someone even looks inside through the window , the sensor sets off the alarm
