Hey,

I am sure everyone know the problems with hood pins. False calls not lining up properly.

Frankly I am tired of it. Too many come backs at my store and hood oins are the only reason.

What do you guys think about puting mercury sensors instead? Is that common? I put one in yesterday and it worked amazing. I tested it and it would have to be parked on a really steep hill not to work so..................

Any feedback would be great.

Thanks

never once had a problem with people coming back because of a hoodpin.  if it doesnt line up right, i make a bracket out of backstrap.

So everyone thinks it is a good idea for me to use them instead of the standard pin switch.

If yes, I am using them for all my remote start installs aswell
