I bought a DEI 795T pager from ebay, and though it looks legit, the wires are different then the schematic. The wires are not a plug in connector. They are soldered into the unit, and they come out from the back of the unit then go into a connector. I am not sure if its a counterfit unit or not. What throws me off are the wires. In order they are black, grey, red, brown, green, orange, pink

I have never seen the pink before. Its missing the white (power antenna) and the violet(+zone3)

I figure the red is power, black-ground, brown-siren, orange-ground when armed, so the grey, green and pink gotta be the 3 zones. Can anybody help?

Yes, stay away from Ebay when you come to things like this. Get it from a reputable dealer.

Thanks Pencil. Thats the schematic that  came with the unit. I called DEI and they have not seen it, but internal markings confirm its a DEI unit???counterfit 795t? -- posted image. So the pink wire is throwing me off. I am still guessing its one of the zones.

How'd you get DEI to confirm that it was genuine using the internal markings?  I need to do the same with this 507T....you can read why on my post under Car Security & Conv.
