I have 2 monitors in the headrest that I installed.  Currently they are wired to the one of the switches in the center counsel.   To do this proffessionally, what should I use as the power source?  And how, if that's not too much to ask?  Thanks for any help.

How about running a 4 or 8 guages wire from the battery to a distributor block with proper fuses?

Depending on your vehicle, I would suggest powering them off the vehicle's accessory wire in the ignition switch harness. This is the wire that has 12 volts on it with the key in the accessory position. Install a fuse inline close to the wire you tap into. Most video screens don't require alot of current, so a 14 or 16 gauge wire should suffice.

Thanks.  Any particular fuse ( 15,30, etc) to use?

Like mentioned above most video systems do not need a lot of current.  I would go with a 5 - 10 amp fuse as they would be enough to protect your wiring.  Check your screens/dvd players and see what size fuse they are protected with, then use it as a guideline for what size fuse you'll need.
