Hi. I have an alarm and it is currently connected to the speaker that came with it. My problem is the sound is too soft. Can I instead connect the output wire the the + side   of the car horn? Would there be any problem? Do I need to connect a fuse in series with the outout wire? Thanks.

Kinda need to know what year, make and model of the car along with the model # of the alarm.  If the alarm has a low current horn output, you need nothing.  Just plug the wire from the alarm to the car wire.  If not, you can use a relay to convert the siren's + output to a -output.

my car is a celica 1989 ST manual and I just installed the car alarm myself. The wire that comes out from the alarm is color brown to be connected to the Siren (O/P +1A). Thanks.

Does the alarm have a horn wire?  If not, can you program the siren wire to be constant or pulsed?  You may not want a 35 second straight horn going off.  You can always buy a different siren.
