just installed a remote starter on a 2000 elantra.......followed wiring diagrams....but i am having a hell of a time finding the wire for the park lights...and the wire for the horn....somebody please help.....i need to know specifically where to look......the horn is not a big deal....but i really need to hook up the lights ....thanks..

Both of thse are easy enough, IF you can get to the back sde of the fuse box. Or you can use a blade fuse tap on the front side. Find the fuse for either one. Determine which side is power with a test light. Hook your input up to this side.

Now if your alrarm output to your park isn't fused PUT ONE INLINE. Some cars will draw power for the lights if you leave your headlights on. This could overload the alarm's internal relay. If you find out this is the case (you leave headligts on, and fuse blows for the park circuit when you remote start or activate the alarm) you can solve this easiest with running the park output to a relay.

This is the easiest way, but if anybody knows a better tap in location... PLEASE do tell!

yes find the grn/wht or grn/red in a yellow 22 pin plug just above the fuse box!
