OK!!! I have read enough on this subject. These have to be the best subs ever made. Seriously, I have read lots of positive things on these subs. I am thinking about getting some for myself. One thing I need to know: How do they perform in a sealed box? I have built one box for three 12's but it was a ported box. Any info?

I just bought the JL Prowedge enclosure which is a sealed enclosure.  The one I bought has two 12W3V2 subs.  I am amazed with the sound quality.  Price was not too bad.
Eclipse 8455, JL Audio 300/4, JL Audio 500/1, Boston Acoustics SL60, Boston Acoustics SL95, JL Audio Prowedge w/ two 10W6V2 subs.

I'm not very familiar with the JL line. Just in general, do any of them perform as good in a sealed box? In my Supra I am limited with space, so I need to use a sealed box.

Jl provides exact enclosure info for each sub for both sealed and ported boxes. Personally I like the sealed.

I'm looking for SPL. The box I built with the three 12's had great SPL, but like I said, it was a ported box.
