does any one have info for alarm or remotestart on a yamaha r1 motorcycle or anything on the bike looking for year 02 but any other year would help to.

You will most likely have to take out the DMM for this bike. It's easy to meter and the power wires are all by the battery.

but the thing is I can get it to crank but not start

Believe it or not, it may have an immobilizer. Put the key in, just with the key on not in run acc or any other position, and try remote starting the bike. I'll look for some info for ya.
Also try warming the bike up, they start easier that way.

Here is the factory service manual, it is 16M so if on dial up don't click.
