Fiberglass links I've used a lot of these sites in the past. My favorite This was really helpful when i first started.

yep read some past posts, get to learn the gernal knowledge and some tips, and then just giver! The best way is trial and error, buy stock in sand paper!

go custom or go home!!

Ignore that last one. The fumes help you become one with the fiberglass, you will be able to center your chi quicker with the help of the allmighty fumes.
