I am wanting to know if anybody out there has user Epoxy resin in place of polyester resin. I am wanting to know because in my situation I can't use smelly toxic polyester resin. I do have several gallons of 1:3 epoxy resin that is the same viscosity as polyester resin. I am wanting to use 2 oz. chop mat to build boxes and such and am wanting to know if there are any advantages or disadvantages to using this material as a substitute?
