I am installing power mirrors on a vehicle that came with non powered ones, the wiring is no proble but I am trying to find a joystick style switch to control them. The factory switches mounted in the door panel and the non powered door panels ae totally different so mounting factory switches is not an option. can anyone make a switch recommendation
Thanks

I would just look for anything that's flat and easily mounted...let's think.  The '87-93 Mustangs had a nicely made switch in the center console.  Many Toyotas use a flat switch mounted to the left of the steering wheel.

Just go to the junkyard and take a look around.  Grab a few different styles, so you'll have some options when you go to do your install.

securinu - He said that he COULDN'T use the factory ones, because the door panels are totally different. I like the idea of using one form a junkyard. Might even have a wiring harness attached so soldering/crimping will be easy! Good luck.
