I have found the 2 door lock control wires at the Smart Entrance Control Unit. They are gray for lock, and purple for unlock. Since these each require a neg. input and my Viper 791xv gives a neg. for lock and a pos. for unlock, I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

You have misread the instructions:

Lock & Unlock are for either POSITIVE or NEGATIVE

BLUE (+) LOCK (-) UNLOCK OUTPUT

EMPTY NOT USED

GREEN (-) LOCK (+) UNLOCK OUTPUT

Do I need to diode isolate these wires to block positive from the smart entrance unit?
