It is an Avic 80 DVD/NAV unit with a separate pioneer flip out screen. The navigation unit is "frozen" in one spot geographically. The configuration menu said the antenna was "no good" so we replaced it but the unit is still stuck in this one spot, even after reset. Any suggestions other than sending it in for service?

1. Make sure to push & hold the reset on the 80DVD for at least 5 Seconds.(seem to be alittle sensitive on time)

2. Do the reset with the car outside the building to pickup GPS.

3. you may also have to reset your display

4. Sometimes it can take up to 3-5 minutes for it to relocate itself after a reset - watch the sat display to see how many you get & how strong.

Experience gained is directly proportional to the amount of equipment destroyed - break it & learn!
