Is it safe to connect two sirens to a single output wire of an Autopage 855LCD system. I am thinking of connecting one siren under the hood and then another so called pain generators inside the cabin. I am just not sure if the unit will be able to handle this configuration. I read somewhere that a relay is necessary. If this is so, how is the configuration going to be. Thanks for any input.

What kind of pain generator is it? I know the DEI 513T Viper pain generator only draws 150ma and doesn't require a relay, it just hooks in with your existing siren wire.

That kind of pain generator, and i believe that mine draws the same amount of amperes. So it means that I can just tap it into the existing siren wire and have it together with my siren without any problem?

Yes, I think you'll be just fine. I think it's stated if you plan on adding 2 or more pain generators. example, one pain generator on the passenger side and one on the drivers side, then you'd need to add a relay. But I believe you'll be just fine with your normal siren and a pain generator on the same wire from your alarm.

Perhaps a short delay for the cabin siren may be beneficial aid your ears from a false alarm.
