I'm looking at the heavy gauge orange wire that exits the Relay Key Switch Interface on a Viper 791XV and the manual says to "connect this wire to the accessory wire in the vehicle which powers the climate control system".

Do they want this connected to the fused side of the switch so that it sees 12 volts from the accessory circuit? Or do they want it connected to climate control side of the switch so that it turns on the climate control? I'm guessing the later but I want to make sure.

Thanks!

ORANGE goes to ACCESSORY Wire at Ignition Switch that powers the A/C.
Not knowing WHAT vehicle U R installing into.................
Some vehicles have a seperate A/C-Heater Power wire and a BLOWER/Fan Power wire.

It's a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda. If I connect the orange wire at the accessory pin of the ignition switch, it will always  "see" 12 volts when the key is on. Is that what I want? This accessory pin feeds power to all of the accessories.

There is one power wire to the climate control panel that switches the A/C, heater and blower on/off.

The Remote Start Relays are only activated by the 791XV and the wires you hook up for the Remote Start will not  have any function until the 791XV is activated....
The function of the ORANGE wire is to duplicate what your Ignition Switch would do with the Key ON.....Turn on the ACCESSORIES

Oh, I see. I didn't realize that was part of the remote start circuit. That explains the ignition 1 and ignition 2 relays. Thanks a lot, really appreciate your help.
