Im looking for 1 or 2 15" competition woofers for my spl car.  I need a quad 1, or dual .6.  The higher the max watts the better.  I was thinking about using an MA Audio EHO15X, what do you guys think?

MMATS Juggernaut or Digital Designs 9515 (if your willing to spend the big bucks) if not get 2 Kicker L7s.

Did you say MA Audio? What do I think? I think it's flea market crap. The Juggernaut that pimpcavy suggested is a mean mofo. The 15's run about $700 a pop though. The L7's are really quite cheap and loud.

L7 is a hell of a sub....
Earthquake makes some pretty loud stuff for a decent price. Not on the same level as the juggernaut thou....

Max Watts is not what you should be looking for. RMS watts is what you need to look for. As far as a comp sub, well there are many to chose from. MA would not be my first pick. JL, MTX, JBL, Kicker, and Adire all would be good picks.

How about a Resonant Engineering MT series they will custom build the VC's in either dual or quad config down to .7 ohms
drawback is price and the need a ton of air space
Just a thought

those dont sound too bad...  im thinking now about getting 2 FUSION 15" comps with a dual 1 ohm re-come and running them off of a FUSION 4000d amp.  if what iver heard is true, that amp will do a 5 second .25 ohm burp at 8000watts before the fuses blow
