how do i change a + alarm output

How do I change a +alarm output to a - output?  Can I just use a relay?  Thank You

Hopefully you know how to use a relay, brcause that will make this much easier. If not, just let me know. Just put the positive from the alarm to eitheir 85 or 86. It usually doesn't matter(if it does connect to86). Ground the other side(the one not used above). Then ground 30. Lastly put the output (wire to wherever you want to give a negative signal to) to 87. That should take care of your problem.
