I'm looking for a descent 12in sub. AS you know I only like high efficiency drivers so take that into consideration please.
I can give it up to ~3ft^3 of air space, either sealed or ported, whichever graphs better.
Price range is $0~$150. I would like to keep it as close to $100 as possible.
Thanks

Standard 15% all regular priced subs, free shipping, $152 to your door, authorized dealer. No better for $150 no way no how.
96dB IN CAR.
I'm pretty much dead set on 3 of these to replace my 13w6.

A good little tidbit of info about the Kappa Perfect is yes it may be 96dB in car, but that's with 2.86 volts, not 1w@1meter
The Perfects with 1 watt at 1 meter are actually ~86dB, so in essence, Polk Momo's are more "sensitive". Don't look at driver effency when choosing a speaker. That rating means squat, as it changes depending on enclosure and environment.
And just so you know, free-aire (or infinite baffle, whichever term you prefer) speakers tend to be vastly more efficient than either sealed or ported.

Francious:
Is the little '~' supposed to be "about"?
Letsee... this pdf says down there at the bottom:
http://manuals.harman.com/INF/CAR/Owner%27s%20Manual/KAPPA%20PERFECT%2012%20om.pdf
Sensitivity @ 2.86v/1m: 96db in car <--now that gets me..
Wouldn't that'd be an efficency of 93db at 1w/1m?
When you actually buy a Perfect it comes with a bunch of graphs of the freq. response, but I don't have that handy anymore or we might be able to sort this out..
I guess I just thought that Perfects were *quite* sensitive... the first time I wired my first pair up I hadn't yet figured out whether parallel or series wires up or down.. wired at 8-ohms off a 500watt monoblock (125/woofer) they were still the loudest subs I've ever owned.
That sucks I thought the 96dB was totally legit.
