I just threw together an amp rack for my Jeep and I want to carpet it.  Where can I buy the type of carpet that would typically be on an encosure.  Preferably, I want it to match my sub enclosure but its not that important.  Any thoughts on where you guys get it from, inexpensively,  would be appretiated.  Thanks!

I would recommend Select Products.  www.selectproducts.com  It is pretty inexpensive, you get a wide choice of colors, quality carpet, and shipping is cheaper than crutchfield and sounddomain.  The only problem is it will take asbout a week for you to get so if you are in a rush plan on going with somebody else.  Good Luck!

Watch out for carpet that looks the same on the front and the back sides.  If you end up with both sides facing out on your box there will probably be a shading difference that will be noticeable.  Next time I get that type, I'm going to spray paint one side of it so I'll know it faces in.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Hey... I got this insane idea... Menards, or... Home Depot. Believe it or not, they have carpet!
