hey guys i'm in the market for a new amp maybe and i was curious what you guys thought of elemental designs i was looking at the nine.1 amp let me know what you think

Very popular amp, VERY good amp. Costs a few bux though... i personaly use HiFonics' new Brutus series... more power per dollar... But whatever works.

Actually, not all that great, they're rebadged Korean junk. Get yourself some good amps:
JBL, Phoenix Gold, Infinity, PPI, Older Orion.

Where did you hear that?

edit: I just did some research and found out that they are made in korea... ED is a good company. I dont think it matters too much where its made as long as its a quality design.

After beign part of and searching many post on this board, on where crap is built , everything is made in Korea.. including some of those you listed

It no longer matters to me, the whole made in the USA line doesnt get me all warm and fuzzy in my old age...

There are some good overseas manufactures and there are some crappy ones. To figure out if the ED amps come from the good one of the crappy one.... well time and the $ they sell for will tell.

Hey now....
some were made in China elemental designs amps -- posted image.
And as for the links that I posted, the jist of them is that the products made by eD tend to fail rapidly, and at a high rate. Then there's many posts about eD's owner not being a very good businessman.
